"LISETA " TYPE POTATOES
TUBERS: Long-oval shape, very shallow eyes, light yellow flesh, nice smooth light yellow skin, very regular size with a high yield.
FOLiAGE: Good development, good dense cover, nice flat foliage type. Very few white flowers, no berries.
DiSEASES: Resistant to potato cyst nematodes (Ro. 1 and 4). Somewhat susceptible to leaf blight and only slightly susceptible to tuber blight. Moderate resistance to common scab. Good to very good resistance to virus diseases.
QUALiTY: Medium dry matter content. Very good table potato quality, cooking type B. No discoloration after cooking. In southern Europe also suitable for processing into French fries.
GENERAL: Requires good soil structure and growing circumstances. Fairly resistant to internal bruising and mechanical damage. Can be lifted rather early. Stores reasonably well. Somewhat susceptible to drought. Suitable for table potatoes throughout Europe.
